Sensitive Data We Collect

Our service processes data classified as sensitive under Israeli law, including:

  • Astrological birth data (date, time, and place of birth)
  • Biometric data (face photos for verification)

Purpose of Collection

  • Astral & psychological data: Used to calculate compatibility scores with other users. Without this data, the compatibility matching feature cannot function.
  • Location data: Used for distance-based discovery of nearby users. Without this data, distance filtering will not be available.
  • Biometric data (photos): Used for identity verification to ensure user safety. Verification selfies are deleted immediately after processing.

Your Rights (Sections 13-14)

  • Right of Access (Section 13): You may request to view all personal data we hold about you, including compatibility scores, by requesting a data export from your account settings.
  • Right to Correction (Section 14): You may request correction of inaccurate data. Submit a correction request from your account privacy settings or contact our DPO.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Voluntary Provision

Providing personal data to 2Pears is voluntary. You are not legally obligated to provide any information. However, certain data is required for core features to function as described above.
